At Illinois State University, Noah was actively involved both inside and outside the classroom. He was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity, where he developed leadership, teamwork, and professional development skills that continue to support his career. He also served as a transition seminar coordinator for Business Week, helping organize panels and events that prepared students for their move into the professional world.

As an alumnus, Noah has remained connected to the College of Business, returning as a speaker for Alpha Kappa Psi and a panelist for Business Week. In these roles, he shares career insights and mentorship with current students. Professionally, he has worked across both corporate and higher education sectors, including a role at Packback, an ISU-founded edtech company. There, he helped higher education institutions use AI tools to boost student engagement. Today, he works in higher education, focusing on connecting students with meaningful career paths while continuing to support student success through volunteer service.
