During her undergraduate years, Toni was a Preview guide, an ISULEADS Mentor, a Forever Redbirds ambassador, and a member of several campus organizations including Phi Gamma Nu business fraternity, National Association of Colored Women’s Club, Association for Women in Communication, and the Dean of Students Advisory Board. As an alum, Toni is a member of the Black Colleagues Association and sits on its membership committee.

She works at Allstate as a human resource consultant and stays busy in the community serving as a Queen 2 Bee mentor, Hashtag lunch bag volunteer, and a mentor for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated’s Project POISE.

She currently serves on the Alumni Association board of directors' board development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committees.
