During her undergraduate years, Toni was a Preview guide, an ISULEADS Mentor, a Forever Redbirds ambassador, and a member of several campus organizations including Phi Gamma Nu business fraternity, National Association of Colored Women’s Club, Association for Women in Communication, and the Dean of Students Advisory Board. As an alum, Toni is a member of the Black Colleagues Association and sits on its membership committee.

She works at Caterpillar as a Senior Talent Management Partner leading global learning and leadership development. She stays busy in the community serving as the Breakthrough Young Professional Board President, and an executive member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Tau Gamma Omega Chapter. She is a Gallup certified strengths coach and a certified facilitator through Development Dimensions International.

She currently serves on the Alumni Association board of directors' Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Homecoming committees.
