    A retired Navy captain and the fourth woman ever given command of a Navy ship. Bobbie was the chief dive officer for the TWA Flight 800 Search and Recovery Mission. She was also the first woman to take command of the US Navy Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (Atlantic Fleet).
